Licencing is very similar to Franchising in that there is a concept that is sold for a fee with continuing support from the licensor but it is also different in that typically the licensee already has a food retail operation or restaurant in which he wishes to sell Piccolo Grande's® product.

As a successful Piccolo Grande® licensee you will be a hard worker, willing to devote yourself to promote the product.

You should have a good business background or a good business sense with practical food retail or restaurant experience. You must be willing and able to follow instructions and work really hard. Piccolo Grande® has refined this concept over nearly twelve years and will provide complete training but will insist on a strict adherence to corporate policy.

You will be a meticulous shop keeper and an extremely good manager of people. Customer service will make or break the success of our product.

All applicants that are selected as licensees must pay a one time license fee of $1000 (one thousand dollars), a 5.5% (a year) royalty fee, .and enter into a license agreement with Piccolo Grande®.
